Can I bring my files to you on a CD or Flash Drive?

Yes, we will accept your files in person if you prefer that method. Our staff would love to see you so feel free to drop by!


Can I get a price quote form you before ordering?

 

Yes. You can call or email us your project details anytime. When contacting us have the following information available:

  • Type of Product Needed
  • Quantity
  • Dimensions
  • Color Options (One Color, Two Color or Full Color)
  • Paper Choice (text or cover weight paper)
  • Optional Items (Hole Drilling, Folding, Numbering or other Special Services)
  • Turnaround Time


Or, you can use our Get a Quote form here on our website. We will then review all the information and get back to you with a quote as soon as we can.


 

How do I pay for my printing?

You can pay for your printing services by: Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), Debit Card or Check. We have billing accounts available upon approval.


How do I send you my files?

The best way to send us any type of file is by email at info@acmeprint.co

 

Some files may be too large to email. If you have an gmail account you can add your file to your Google Drive and share the link with us. Another way is to use Dropbox which is file storage utility that allows you to store and share files online in the cloud so you can access them from anywhere.

I need to place a reorder. Can I do that here?

First of all just go to our contact us page! There you can fill in all your information and in the message field give us the following:

  • Name of Form/Envelope/Product
  • Quantity you would like.
  • Note a date you need this by.

*Most orders take at least two weeks.


What type of files do you accept?

We accept all industry-standard graphic file formats, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Word, Excel, PDF, TIFF, EPS and JPG.
